๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How are XQuest accessories made?

Most of our accessories on the store are designed and 3D-printed in-house by myself in Strand, Cape Town. Because items are printed to order, please allow up to 3 business days for your gear to be manufactured and checked before it ships.

๐Ÿ“ฆ How does shipping work, and how long does it take?

We use the Bob Go platform for our logistics, focusing on Bob Box-to-Bob Box locker deliveries.
  • Once production is done, standard transit time from locker to locker is typically 48 to 72 hours (2 to 3 business days).
  • You will get a tracking link via email when it ships, and Bob Box will text you a PIN code when it is ready to collect at your chosen locker.

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Can I collect my order in person?

XQuest operates strictly as an online digital storefront, and the automated website shop system does not have a local pickup option. However, if you live near Strand / Helderberg and want to arrange a personal collection to save on shipping, please email me before placing your order so we can handle it manually.

๐Ÿ“ž Do you have a phone number or WhatsApp?

No, I do not offer phone or WhatsApp support.ย Email is the best and first way to reach me. I check my inbox regularly and will reply to you as soon as possible.

๐Ÿ”„ What is your return and refund policy?

  • Within 30 Days: If you are not happy with the product, you can request a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. You will just need to pay the shipping cost to return it to me. Refunds are processed through Shopify directly back to your account (taking 3 to 10 business days to clear).
  • Up to 3 Months (Defects): If the 30-day window has passed, I offer a 90 day warranty on print or design defects. If something breaks or fails due to a manufacturing issue, email me a description and a photo of the problem. If it's a design/print flaw, I will replace it gladly at my own cost.
