Thank you for supporting XQuest. Please review our production and shipping timeframes below before placing your order.
 
🛠️ Production Leeway (3 Business Days)
Because all accessories are designed and 3D-printed in-house by myself, products are printed to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for production and quality checking before your order is packaged and dispatched.
 
📦 Bob Box Locker Deliveries
We use the Bob Go platform to manage our fulfillment, utilizing secure Bob Box-to-Bob Box locker shipping.
  • Standard Transit Time: Once handed over to the courier, delivery from our local locker to your selected Bob Box typically takes 48 to 72 hours (2 to 3 business days).
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as the package is dispatched so you can follow its progress in real-time.
  • Collection: Once your parcel arrives at your chosen destination locker, Bob Box will send you a text message with a unique One-Time PIN. You can use this PIN to securely collect your parcel at a time that suits you.
🗺️ Regional & Remote Areas
If you live in an outlying or regional area outside of the major South African metro hubs, please note that courier delivery schedules may take slightly longer depending on the network coverage in your area.
